"Wonderful stay at a peaceful location. Not suitable for people without their own transport as it’s far from the city itself but for us it was perfect. The staff were very kind and helpful and went above board to make our stay magical. We enjoyed feeding the fish and picking veggies from the little farm as part of our experience."

RRDX01Excellent hotel service wise. The staff is super friendly and courteous. Best staff I have encountered so far in china, right from cleaning staff to front desk, very cheerful and helpful.
During check-in was immediately served water and while checking out even received a small gift. The staff personally sees off the guest to the taxi. 👍👍👍
The rooms are well equipped and comfortable for an overnight trip. Breakfast spread was standard and the food was very fresh and served hot.
The roof top restaurant has a great view.

The location is near afew famous tourist street. However, the bus stop to take the bus to the railway station is at a location that requires you to go through one of these streets. The pavement on these streets are uneven and rough, making it difficult for you to move through with your luggage.
Cleanliness:
The room is quite clean. The hairdryer holder have afew strands of hair from previous users but otherwise, no issue with cleanliness. If you click on the switch to request room to be tidied up when you are out, they will tidy up the room for you nicely and even replenish the supplies you’ve used like bedroom slippers, toothbrush, etc.
Service:
The staff are friendly and Informative. They make sure to notify you of where each item you need are located. They helped to store my cake in the fridge for me so that it won’t turn bad during my stay there. If you order delivery, you can request for the driver to place the food on the counter and notify the staff. They will bring the food to your room.
Amenities:
The firmness of the bed and pillows are just right, ensuring that I sleep comfortably. I’m not sure if the hair dryer is legit as I do not own one. The hair dryer makes my hair more dry but it blows dry quickly. There’s no hair condition so please bring your own if needed. I have oily scalp so their shampoo wasn’t too my liking but I do like their shower gel. Their disposable toothbrush is very soft, even sensitive gums can use it. The TV is very big and there are vip subscription for all the Chinese streaming apps, allowing my friend to enjoy her favourite TV Drama series.
Overall, my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThis was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. This hotel is excellent, and whenever I come back to Yangzhou for a Business Trip, I choose this hotel without any regret. The hotel environment is very good, the rooms are very clean, and all the staff are very nice and well-mannered. I am especially thankful to Mr. Zhou Junchen. I can say he is an excellent staff member who represents this hotel's image in a very professional way. Again, I am very grateful to all the hotel staff and especially to Mr. Zhou Junchen. I will definitely come back to stay in this hotel again. It gave me a good feeling and made me want to return. All the staff have a very good personal touch. 😊😊😊👍👍👍

Breakfast was wonderful as well with many varieties of good quality food.

TtristanThe hotel was excellent, great location and less than 10 mins walking distance to Gong Guan street which we spend most of our nights there. The hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly, there is actually washing machines/dryer at Level 6 for guest to use at no cost and the cleaner aunties will help to put your laundy to drier , fold and send to your room. Service is really next level. 1 of staff (小 书) extremely helpful and sharing alot of travel info regarding places to visit and locations to get some of best local foods. hotel Breakfast was great too.
Highly recommended to stay if you are visiting Yang Zhou

SStevenThis hotel is located in Dongguan Street just a short 2 minute walk from the taxi drop off.
The staff gave us a warm welcome and told us we had our room upgraded which was a lovely surprise. The room was spaceous and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and large screen TV. The under floor heating system was very good in the evenings as the temperature dropped. The bathroom itself was also very well appointed with a good size bath tub as well as a rain shower and plenty of hot water available at all times.
The staff were lovely throughout the whole complex and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was plentiful and had many local varieties of food available. There is also a coffee shop on site which makes great quality flat white!
I can highly recommend staying at this hotel as it is literally in Dongguan street and also just across the road from Pishi street.
As a western guest I felt very comfortable at this hotel and would definitely visit again.

PPaul. SService: From the moment we stepped in, the staff rushed to open the glass door for us, and did so everytime we go in or out. Check in & check out was fast and hassle free. We were upgraded to a better room with king bed. Only hotel where we were given 2 key cards automatically.
Facilities: Except for the outside facade, all facilities were new and good including room and lobby. Bed, pillows, quilts, towels etc were clean and in very good condition. Everything, including decor looks new. Room slippers, bathroom slippers provided. Only hotel who gave us 4 bottles of water daily. Daily housekeeping. Good water pressure and heated.
Breakfast: Chinese buffet, good and adequate.
Cons: Although 4 clothes hangers provided, wall hooks for clothes in bedroom and bathroom would make this a perfect hotel, but sadly missing.
All in, a very good hotel and value for money.

KKristi MarconiThe resort grounds are beautiful. The room was great with the outside tub. It was very far from town and we could not get a Didi to come there so we had to take a bus to go to splendid west lake. I booked a room that said it came with free flow mini bar, fishing, biking and entry into the wetlands. There was no minibar and when I asked, they brought us two bags of chips and sodas. This is not what I call free flow or a bar. I complained to trip and they eventually sent us a bottle of wine. I never received any info about the fishing or biking, even though I asked. There is no entry fee to the wetlands so I’m not sure why they put this as a perk. Also, the bar out front was closed and the lobby bar only had fruit beer. There was a sign with 20 drinks listed but everything was out. The restaurant was amazing and the most positive experience. Great food and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was awesome. The restaurant had beverages but they do not open until 6 PM. I would not stay here again based on my experience.

MMaiothe lady at the reception informed me that I was getting an upgrade to a larger room. how very kind of the staff.
about the hotel: the upgraded room was nice and big, got a nice window, nice a/c, comfy sofa. If I have to point at something I do not particuarly like is the bathroom: I'm not fond of the toilet and bathroom facilities made of that sort of hardened plastic, feels/looks weird to me.
Position is also nice, there are a bunch of hotels in the area and there's a shopping mall close by, I had dinner close to the hotel and it was delicious (seafood restaurant), it's also on a reasonable walking distance from one of the entrances of the slender west lake (I went to the night opening, entrance ticket is not cheap (120 rmb) but I think the park at night wasn't bad at all). Beside that you can hop on the bas stop which is just nearby to get to the station to one side or the old town to the other, transportation is quite convenient (also because the city itself is not that big).
anyway, I enjoyed my stay, the room size is definitely very generous and I would totally stay again and recommend it.
