酒店環境看起來有些年份了但是很乾凈，工作人員很友善，早餐也很好吃."

"The front desk service is very rude, first of all, never inform me need to check out at 11am, second, call the room at 12 and demand payment after 12, and say late check out is impossible at 1pm and just hang up the phone, when I argue with hotel front desk, the boss comes out, so she denied everything she said and pretend very innocent as she just kindly speak to me, and told me 1pm is ok, but 3pm is impossible (which I never ask 3pm), I am happy with the hotel in terms of design and also I respect the owner put so much effort into the details but I have to say the second stay (this is second time I stayed at this hotel) the front desk lady who I cannot remember the name is either roll her eyes when I request something or rudely speaking and hang up people, and make up what I didn’t say, so very negative on the choice of the stuff, I wish they can be trained better."

"部屋が広くて綺麗で良かった。ボルタヌーボ駅から近くて便利だか王宮には徒歩15分くらいかかる。朝食も種類が多く、生野菜は少なかったが、トリノ名物のものが多く良かった。
Wi-Fiの電波が弱く、動画などは見れなかった。"

"在邊上出差幾天，這是個有温度的酒店，前台是位紳士和一位可愛的女士，讓人感受到異國他鄉的温暖。
酒店房間有廚房，有完整的廚具和餐具，可以買一些食物自己做飯吃，對於在歐洲待了十來天的我來説，還是熟悉的食物能寬慰心靈。"

"L'Hotel è collocato in una posizione eccellente, in centro ma al contempo vicino alla stazione.Il personale gentile e disponibile, la colazione varia sia salato che dolce, frutta fresca ed anche prodotti gluten free. L'unico neo che di notte per chi ha il sonno particolarmente leggero, è quello che potrebbe sentire il rumore dell'ascensore, ma naturalamente dipende dalla ubicazione della stanza. Per il resto tutto più che ottimo"

"房間非常棒，走進這個酒店的內樓，彷彿就像走進羅馬宮殿。房間非常大，乾濕分離，衞生很好，挑空非常高。房間帶有陽台，看着對面的教堂。到所有的地方都很近，走路15分鐘無論是到景點還是到羅馬大街。位置很好！服務式管家式一對一服務。綜合來説非常棒，值得體驗。給酒店提個小建議，就是他們的石膏板有點小小的脱落。如果把這個做好，就更加完美。"

MMadamearnoI requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.

AAndrea Antonio MagnanoThe hotel is conveniently situated near Turin Porta Susa station. It’s less than 5min walk to the station. Around the area, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants to choose from. I would suggest for constant travelers. The hotel has good selection of food for breakfast. The staff are nice and attentive.

PPengguna TetamuVery good location, right opposite Turino train station. Walking distance to many attractions and surrounded by restaurants. Fuss less check in, have all the basis amenities in the room, except for wine glasses, and they do not provide bottled water and toothbrush that most hotels do. Supermarket is also right beside the hotel, can get all the basic necessities there.

TTeE-ReXI love the location of this hotel away from touristy spots. There’s a lot of peace and quiet. It’s also located beside a mall so shopping is easy. I love the interior of the hotel. Industrial, yet classy! And DoubleTree never fails us.

シンプルで綺麗です 隣の部屋の声は聞こえますが 会話なので それほど気にすることなく快適に過ごせました トイレのゴミ箱の中身が残ったままで ちょつと残念でした フロントの方たちは感じが良かったです ポットはありません シャンプー、ボディジェル、ハンドソープ タオル ドライヤー 紙コップあります

PPengguna TetamuOverpriced Student Hotel. Floor 1-4 student rooms. 5+6 level hotel room. Doors to the upper floors do not automatically close quietly, so every room vibrates as soon as someone enters the hallway and slams the door ruthlessly. In general, it is rather noisy due to the students on the ground floor and on the roof terrace. Breakfast option for 18€ per day/per person also completely overpriced. You have to go over the main street to the hotel on the station side. Otherwise, you will be approached by bad characters whether you want to buy *****. However, the location is otherwise very good, as there are wonderful restaurants around it. Hotel room was gloomy - but very clean!

The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom.
We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much.

AAngelinaI loved my room, it had a great view from the balcony. I loved the power shower. The bedroom was clean, comfy and a good size.
I also loved it's location. I'm an invalid but I was able to reach the train station and all the lovely shops.
Breakfast was perfect for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
I will definitely promote your beautiful hotel. Also the living room was really beautiful and comfy.

TTakoltermanAlthough this seems a little out of the way, it’s actually a quick 10 minute walk from the nearest train station. There is not a whole lot around so taking the train into the CBD is kind of necessary but worth it I think. These were single beds which was a pleasant surprise; although still very squeaky. There was an included breakfast in the morning consisting of cereal, croissants, rolls, and juices.
