"We stayed for 9 nights in this hotel. I have no complaints about anything. Rooms are clean & bed is comfy. Kitchen is small but have everything you need including a small dishwasher. They even have a laundry free for our washing. Service is top notch. Whenever anything is not right in the room they will fix it immediately. I will highly recommend this place."
"Flew in on the red eye from NYC on a Saturday morning and was absolutely exhausted having been unable to sleep very well on the plane. I had requested an early check-in but, being from the States, fully anticipated my request to be declined, leaving me to wander around for hours in a zombie-like state. To the contrary, I was greeted with a big smile by a charming young lady named Denise at the front-desk who, to my great relief, informed me that my room was all ready at the very early hour 11:30am.
I had no idea where I was booking but was pleasantly surprised by the location. Lots of nice restaurants and pubs around. Several outdoor drinking areas in Sloane Square were also very nice. The price was extremely reasonable for London and I highly recommend. "

PPengguna TetamuBe careful of being unknowingly charged with a ‘discussionary charge of tips’ (supposed to be A Conpulsory charge of tips, don’t be fool by the name, it is non-discussionary) AFTER CHECKING OUT of the hotel. I was being charged with a discussionary charge of the tips on the credit card automatically without being informed upfront after I checked out and left the hotel.
When I checked out, i was informed at the counter that they were closing their account for previous day and they would help me check out my room and email me the invoice of my stay after they finished closing account. As a result, I innocently left the hotel since I thought a 5-star hotel would not have anything gone wrong. However, I was totally wrong until I saw extra charges on my credit card while not receiving any so called invoice from the hotel at all. I then reached out to Trip.com to request for the invoice that they have promised to send to me and it was then I was informed that the extra charges were from a discussionary charge of tips. I wasn’t happy about the way this was done hence I requested for a refund for this since it clearly stated this is a DISCUSSIONARY fee, not a compulsory fee. However, I was informed that this is a Non-refundable fee and my request was denied.
Out of so many hotels I have stayed, it is unbelievable that in a 5-Star hotel, I was forced to pay something that wasn’t even being informed upfront. In addition, with the fee name suggested, it is a discussionary charge of tips NOT a compulsory charge of tips, the hotel has forced the customers to pay it as COMPULSORY CHARGE OF TIPS.
In addition, the hotel services were very inefficient and lot of rooms for improve. We ordered for an in-room meal and we were told that it would take about half an hour to deliver. Hence we waited, and until an hour later, there was no update on our meal and we had to make a call again to check for the progress of our meal. It was then we knew there was a delay in the meal. By the time we done with our meal, we made the call again to request for someone to collect the plates, we literally waited for more than an hour and had to call twice before someone came to pick up the plates.
This shouldn’t have been the service received in a 5-star hotel and the worst of all, the hotel should have more transparency in their charges and should have informed the customers on the charges upfront before the actual charging. When we signed for the amount paid for the meal, there were no statement on the discussionary charge of tips at all, and we didn’t expect there would be as we were not even informed.
It is not that we are unwilling to give the tips and we did give the tips during the stay. However, it made us very uncomfortable that we weren’t informed anything upfront and it was charged to my credit card AFTER we CHECKED OUT of THE HOTEL. It made us feeling very unsafe to provide the credit card to the hotel as they can charge whatever charges they want after checking out the hotel. In addition, it is a discussionary charge, isn’t it should be discussed before I was being charged? If not it should be called a a compulsory charge of tips.

The hotel has a modern and clean design, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and I felt well taken care of.
The room was well-equipped and comfortable, but on the smaller side. If you're just using it for sleeping, it’s perfect—cozy, with a comfy bed and all the essential amenities. However, if you plan to spend a lot of time in the room, you might find it a bit tight. The WiFi was fast, and the bathroom was well-maintained with good water pressure and toiletries.
Breakfast was delicious with a good selection, and the on-site restaurant and bar were nice for unwinding in the evening.
Overall, Four Points Euston is a great option for travelers looking for a well-located, clean, and comfortable place to stay in London. If you just need a place to rest after exploring the city, it’s perfect. But if you’re looking for a more spacious room to relax in for extended periods, you may want to consider other options.
PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was centrally located. I enjoyed the leisure facilities. The staff in the bar and restaurant were lovely. However, the room decor was tired and the carpet was smelly. On the morning I was due to leave (check out was 12pm) I was trying to have a lie in and was woken by housekeeping trying to get into my room on 3 separate occasions between 8.30 and 9am. I would have thought that all rooms with guests due to check out would be cleaned after the guest had checked out and not while they were in bed? After all this, the TV came on with the welcome message, of its own accord, just after 9am, lighting up the room. So much for my lie in!!!
PPengguna TetamuFor this large property, the rooms are too small. It gets you a feel of being in an London Underground train - tight. The bathroom and shower area were small. The bed was shaky. One of the lower standard of Hilton I have stayed.
Location wise, it was relatively close to the tube and bus stop, but still relatively far from the city center.

Impressive lobby deco and good reception service. However, it should be great if there is cleaner carpet and freezer facility in the room. The phone was not working to connect room service team and I had to visit the reception in person for service request .

Was so lovely & quiet & perfect with the hotel bus service that costs less than using the pods and was very close to walk from hotel!!

JJSSYCheck-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. The bell man or concierge were very attentive and helpful with our bags. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was clean and provided nice shower gel and shampoo. Location is great, just next to the tube station, several shops and eateries.

__TS***xoLocated in Earl’s court which i love how convenient it is to many places in central london. Just 30mins from heathrow straight with Piccadilly line! The tube station n a bus stop is just 3-4mins walk away up on high street. Thats also where many shops n restaurants, cafes & supermarkets located at!
I book this hotel last min so im totally satisfied with the good price. My solo room located on 1st floor, although they hv lift, the room i was assigned still requires extra 10steps of stairs as u see on last pic. But im ok with that. N the room is very tiny but it got everything i need for a three night stay, window, heater, full length mirror, hangers, clothes rack, kettle, tea n coffee, shower gel n shampoo, tv etc. Also one thing i appreciate a lot is how nice the shower is, it has enough water pressure n hot enough for a winter time like this. Its my best time to relax after a long day before bed and keep me warm. Absolutely hv no complaint haha oh n their wifi is stable n staff is friendly for troubleshooting wifi setup :]
Oh n make sure u check out the masala shop n asian market close! They offer a wide range of food n drinks choices :]
CChris134I'll give this hotel top whack, this time. Check-in is always very professional and the TV was working! My only regret is only booking one night as the breakfast is so good. I was in a bit of a hurry and wish I ate more!
I sadly had to complain about some seemingly disrespectul guests in the middle of the night but staff were helpful in sorting it for me.
The hotel is comfortable and very well stocked, for the price, and is right near Paddington plus some excellent restaurants (including the Italians on either side just up the road) so very convenient. I hope to book again some time (I thought my last stay was last year but it was in Feb 😂). Thanks!

AAnjaEverything was very good. Breakfast offers a lot of coice - except warm breakfast is only on Weekends. On the Trip site the check in time is incorrect (ov voucher it says after 12, but it is after 14) - despite us coming too early, they gave us the room and made coffee for free. The hotel is locked over night and the staff is really friendly. We were in the hotel trought the hottest days in history but they prepared a ventilator - because they don't have AC (normally).
